Unbelievably patient!

I am NOT a good traveler. I like everything, every detail, every possibility explored and planned for. It causes agents to tear out their hair and go blind (LOL). Nicole was wonderful! Often having to reach out to third parties for answers to obscure questions for me. They don't pay her enough, and I was grateful for all her assistance!
